		<description>With the current economic downturn, Good clients are like &quot;finding a chicken with teeth.&quot;  You know that is impossible - chicken don&#039;t have teeth.  There are signs of a good client, some subtle, some not so subtle.  It&#039;s good to look beyond the surface of your clients and see what they are about.  In sizing up one&#039;s clients, there are several questions that you ask  yourself and answer yourself.  Generally, you can tell when a client is on the up and up, as they can usually tell the same about you. Once you&#039;ve /they&#039;ve passed all the tests, you can get on with the business of taking care of business.  Had you walked away when your client was down, you would have missed out on this great opportunity to gain a client as well as a friend for life.  You had her back, now she has yours.  Such loyalty!</description>

		<description>No one wants to admit they can&#039;t pay their debts. It&#039;s embarassing. Humiliating.
But it can happen to the best of us. And since we&#039;re in a recession, it will probably happen to most of us.

Like I said before, you have to use your best judgment in situations like this.  I would never be so flexible with a new client, but I feel like the client I mentioned had earned my flexibility and loyalty.

Many clients don&#039;t like to admit that hard times are affecting them, they feel like they are shorting the practitioner. I&#039;m glad this worked out for you so well, but I admire your wisdom more than anything.</description>
