And I want to make clear that I believe getting a degree and going through the college experience is absolutely necessary for any pre-professional. I just don&#039;t believe that a degree is the defining moment of when a young person becomes a pro. Learning should be something that happens everyday. In addition to talent I believe attitude, passion and commitment defines someone as a professional. 

And when I said, &quot;5th year senior,&quot; I meant to preface it with &quot;I&#039;ll end up being a...&quot;
